Refund Policy

 

The following limitations are imposed on returns of Products:

a)  To be eligible for a return you must be a full paying customer. If you did not purchase your MiHIGH Product you are not eligible for a return. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase in an email and to post the product back to our address.

b)  You must have been using your Product for at least 14 days before you can initiate the return.

c)  Products that are stained or damaged in our opinion (acting reasonably) as a result of your use or possession of the Product, will not be eligible for a return or refund.

d) Refunds can only be issued to the customer that originally placed the order.
