At the start it didn't make me sweat much..so I turned it up to 6..& done 45 mins...it eS great..sweated loads...very pleased with my purchase..would recommend for recovery of akes & pains in the lower legs... makes u sleep better too.

I’m a huge fan of infrared saunas so I was a little skeptical about a sauna blanket. I thought I’d give it a go with 30 day trial and after the first use I knew I wouldn’t be sending it back! Absolutely love it! Get a great sweat on! The experience kit is well worth it - wouldn’t like to use it without the towel insert. Would just love to be able to buy another one separately as I use my blanket almost daily.

The sauna blanket is amazing. Quality of it is very good, with adjustable settings for heat control. Started off with some lower settings, as recommended, but quickly moved up for more of a sauna experience. It is a little expensive but I will recoup that cost overtime with its usage. Overall, very happy with it and pleased I went with Mihigh, as opposed to some other cheaper options.
