Refund Policy


The following limitations are imposed on returns of Products:

(a)  To be eligible for a return you must be a full paying customer. If you did not purchase your MiHIGH Product you are not eligible for a return. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase in an email and to post the product back to our address.

(b)  You must have been using your Product for at least 14 days before you can initiate the return.

(c)  Products that are stained or damaged in our opinion (acting reasonably) as a result of your use or possession of the Product, will not be eligible for a return or refund.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
